Vegan Thai Peanut Bowl
Smoked Tempeh served with organic white quinoa, organic red peppers, organic spinach, organic purple cabbage. Served with a drizzle of our house-made Thai peanut sauce.
What is Tempeh?
Tempeh is a soy-based plant protein. It is created in the soy-bean fermenting process. It firmer and grainier than tofu. Tempeh also has a higher fiber and protein content than tofu along with being less processed. It is a great meat substitute as it contains all essential amino-acids.
Note: This dish can be eaten hot or cold. We recommend only heating the tempeh and quinoa, then returning it to the dish.
** We do not recommend heating the vegetables. The sauce can be heated very slightly to create a drizzle-consistency otherwise enjoy cold!
