Spinach & Mushroom Pasta (Vegan)

Locally sourced radiatore pasta from Castle Valley Mill made using stone ground hard wheat, sauteed mushrooms, onions and garlic spinach, topped with our house-made basil pasta sauce. 

Ingredients: Castle Valley Mill radiatorre pasta, pasta sauce (crushed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, cane sugar), mushrooms, spinach, onions, minced garlic
