A vegan option loaded with plant protein and fiber from natural whole sources! Two black bean sweet potato rounds, served with edamame, cucumber, red cabbage, radish, spinach, and a vegan tahini dressing.
Ingredients: black beans, sweet potato, bell pepper, onion, Castle Valley Mill bolted wheat flour, edamame, cucumber, radish, red cabbage, spinach, tahini, maple syrup, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, lemon juice
*Heat sweet potato rounds for 1-2 min. We do not recommend heating the veggie salad. Can be enjoyed cold.
