Chicken Meatballs

​​​​​​​Baked chicken meatballs (cage-free ground chicken breast), seasoned with herbs and spices, made with locally sourced pasture raised eggs from Clean Green Growers in Sellersville, PA. Simmered in our house made tomato basil sauce, served over Castle Valley Mill, in Doylestown PA radiatore pasta.

Castle Valley Mill pasta is made with stone ground, locally grown hard wheat.
